Mamata Kumar is an established nutritionist and dietician with more than 11 years of experience. Her philosophy is that the wellness of the human body must be in coordination with the wellness of the human mind, which holds equal importance in working towards a better overall well-being of the person.
The food we should consume and the activities we should take part in order to work towards the goal of a complete life, body and mind all come naturally to us but falling trap to the rising trends of flashy promises, we end up on a path where the equation between the body and mind becomes imbalanced, which is why it is important to understand that the goal is not "how can I change my body?" but rather "how can I improve my overall well-being?"
Being a wellness coach, Mamata Kumar aims to engage with and motivate people from all sections of society to work towards their betterment. In the past, she has collaborated with various organizations, schools and corporate houses, besides her 100+ clientele that she built as the founder The Say Fitness, a fitness studio that offered a variety of activities for which she is a certified trainer, such as Zumba, Aerobics, Spinning etc.
